HOW IT WORKS?
It’s a very easy technique called “the long-breath diet” and it really helps you lose weight. You just lie in one position. Then, you take a breath that will last for 3 seconds. Exhale strongly for 7 seconds.

This exercise should be done every day. It should last from 2 to 10 minutes.
First, you have to stand straight. One of your legs should be forward and the other one back.
Your buttocks should be strained and you should make sure you transfer the weight to your foot at the back.
Inhale slowly for 3 seconds. Lift your arms above your head at the same time.
Exhale very strongly for 7 seconds. All of your body muscles should be strained.
